NOTARIAL ACTS
$15 Per Signature:
Acknowledgments: Certifying that the signer of a document personally appeared before the notary, was identified by the notary, and acknowledged signing the document.
Jurats: Administering an oath or affirmation to the signer, who declares the truthfulness of the contents of the document, and then certifying that the document was signed in the notary's presence.
(Does not include travel fees for Mobile Notary charges)
